Job Description
Develop and directly code banking systems and applications, including internal systems and customer-facing applications serving 30 million individual customers and 300,000 corporate customers.
Develop or coordinate with technology vendors to implement and deliver technology solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Manage and develop integration services with core banking and enterprise systems such as T24, WAY4, BPM, CRM, CIC, and other related platforms.
Manage and develop APIs on API Gateway platforms to facilitate integration with domestic and international partners.
Research, evaluate, test, and implement emerging technologies in software development, including GraphQL, Docker/Kubernetes (K8s), CI/CD, Event Sourcing, CQRS, NoSQL, and other modern technologies.
Participate in business analysis, propose technical solutions and implementation approaches to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of projects throughout the development lifecycle.
Develop project timelines and manage tasks for team members, monitor progress, and provide support to ensure deliverables are completed as committed.
Lead a team of 3-6 members, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to help team members develop their expertise and successfully deliver assigned tasks.
Job requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology,
Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Technical Skills & Experience
Practical experience working at companies or on projects involving Backend development.
Proficiency in at least one Backend programming language, with Java preferred.
Proficiency in at least one of the following database technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience handling asynchronous processing and Message Queue technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Candidates with the ability to apply AI and AI coding tools to solve practical software development challenges are preferred.
3. Requirements for Junior &
Fresher Candidates For Junior and Fresher candidates (less than 1.5 years of experience), preference will be given to candidates who:
Achieved Good or Excellent academic performance with a high GPA.
Have received awards in professional/technical competitions.
Were recognized as provincial or city-level excellent students or higher.
Have scientific research published at conferences or in academic journals.
Junior candidates are required to clearly highlight their GPA, academic achievements, and awards in their CVs.
