LOCATION: Seoul, Korea

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Framework / Spring Boot preferred).
Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
Participate in the design and implementation of AI agent integrations within financial systems.
Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate machine learning models and APIs into backend services.
Apply clean code principles, software design best practices, and clean architecture concepts.
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, debug issues, and optimize system performance.
Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities in collaboration with DevOps teams.
Communicate effectively with international stakeholders in English.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
Strong hands-on experience with: Java Core, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Solid understanding of software design principles (e.g., SOLID) and clean architecture.
Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Working proficiency in English (able to communicate effectively in meetings and technical discussions).

DESIRED SKILLS

Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech systems.
Experience integrating AI/ML services into enterprise systems.
Familiarity with: Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Salary: Upto 50M (Open to negotitate)

Probation salary is 100% of official salary
