The Job
Our Europe product team is looking for Middle/Senior Java Developer:
- Develop and maintain robust, high-performing microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Design and implement scalable and distributed solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Utilize PostgreSQL for database management and integration within services.
- Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes (K8S).
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure reliable and secure applications.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Leverage public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for deploying and scaling applications.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and conducting regular code reviews.
Your Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English
- 4+ years of experience in Java development with a deep knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
- Proven track record of developing microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and database design principles.
- Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in API testing and mocking to ensure robust and reliable system integration.
- Proficiency in implementing security protocols such as OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Familiarity with public cloud services (AWS/Azure), including management and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
