Idea Validation and User Research:
Conduct thorough market research and user studies to validate ideas and ensure alignment with user needs and market trends.
Utilize various methods such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather user feedback and insights.
Analyze and interpret user data to inform decision-making and prioritize features.
User Network and Engagement:
Develop and maintain a network of users for ongoing idea validation and feedback.
Engage with potential and existing users to gather requirements and understand pain points.
Facilitate user testing sessions and beta programs to validate app functionality and usability.
UX Understanding and Wireframe Creation:
Collaborate with UX/UI
designers to create intuitive and user-friendly wireframes and prototypes.
Ensure that wireframes effectively communicate the user journey and key functionalities of the app.
Apply UX best practices to design wireframes that enhance user experience and engagement.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FRS (Functional Requirements Specification).
Collaboration and Communication:
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and UX/UI designers.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and timelines.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Join meetings with clients to understand requirements and provide consultancy based on domain knowledge.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of mobile applications post-launch.
Gather user feedback and analyze app usage data to identify areas for improvement.
Propose and prioritize enhancements to optimize user experience and achieve business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst from 2-3 years, and have participated in several software development projects.
Experience in collaborating with UX/UI designers and creating wireframes using Figma.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills to gather user feedback and analyze app usage data, and ability to propose and prioritize enhancements.
Ability to participate in and contribute to agile ceremonies.
Proven experience in researching and analyzing about market, industry, and business model
Experience in creating BRD and FRS.
Technical experience with participation in one or two software projects.
Domain knowledge in multiple business areas such as Finance, Consumer (Mom, Kid, Household Service, Health, F&B...).
