The Job
About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join our AI-First product team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale:
- A Mobile E-commerce Platform
- A Sports App (Swimming, Yoga, AI Coaching - [protected info] ecosystem)
- A Farming SaaS Mobile Application
You will work in an environment where AI is part of the development workflow - accelerating delivery, reducing feedback loops, and improving product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Implement new features and improve existing applications
- Build reusable, scalable, and efficient UI components
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and pixel-perfect designs
- Write clean, maintainable, well-structured, and well-documented code
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Ensure application security and data protection best practices
- Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
- Actively leverage AI tools to improve productivity and code quality
Your Skills and Experience
Technical Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mobile development
- Strong proficiency in Flutter & Dart
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs
- Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Knowledge of app lifecycle, performance tuning, and debugging tools
- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows
AI-Driven Development (Required Mindset)
We operate in a 24/7 AI-augmented environment. You should:
- Be comfortable using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Use AI tools to reduce iteration loops between Dev & QC
- Optimize your workflow using AI for testing, debugging, and refactoring
- Continuously improve your AI productivity leverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift)
- Experience with payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, etc.)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of mobile app security best practices
- Experience integrating analytics tools (Firebase, GA4, etc.)
