[Moonbase] (Product) Operations Lead

We're looking for an Operation Lead who can own the day-to-day running of our operational processes while building the systems, SOPs, and cross-functional bridges that will scale with the company. You're part problem-solver, part process architect, and part team glue.
This is a high-visibility role that interacts daily with Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support.
**Monitoring & Coordination**
- Oversee day-to-day operational workflows and ensure all functions run on time and on target.
- Act as the central coordination point between departments - translating business priorities into operational actions.
- Track operational health metrics in real-time and escalate anomalies before they become incidents.
**Process Development & Optimization**
- Create, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational areas.
- Design controls and checkpoints to mitigate operational risk and enforce compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain a living documentation system so processes are always up to date and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Continuously audit existing workflows and identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or inefficiencies
- Propose and implement improvements that reduce cost, increase speed, or improve quality.
**Incident & Issue Management**
- Be the first line of defense when operational issues arise - whether technical, personnel-related, or process-related.
- Lead root-cause analysis on recurring problems and drive permanent fixes, not just workarounds.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Support, and Finance to resolve cross-functional blockers quickly.
**Reporting & Analytics**
- Own operational KPI dashboards - track performance against targets and produce regular reports for leadership.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive smarter operational decisions.
- Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and structured for the intended audience.
