WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a brand or corporate
designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and 2D graphic design skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
• Strong emphasis on motion graphics and video editing expertise.
• Proven experience in creating and editing compelling video content for marketing purposes.
+ Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
+ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and familiarity with Canva.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, video production techniques, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent command of English in writing and speaking (Upper intermediate or Advanced level).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and communicate with global stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time.
Nice-to-have
• Experience designing websites and familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus.
• Experience tracks of working at SaaS or technology companies.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI in optimizing work productivity when needed.
