Are you a motion-first creative who brings ideas to life through animation and storytelling? We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to craft dynamic, scroll-stopping content across digital platforms - from social films and campaign assets to branded content and experiential screens.
In this role, you'll transform concepts into compelling motion - turning static ideas into visually engaging narratives that capture attention and communicate with clarity. You'll collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and producers to create work that feels current, platform-native, and on-brand. From punchy short-form content to polished campaign executions, your work will bring energy, craft, and impact to everything we do.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in a production house or agency environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high craft in motion
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; Figma/InDesign a plus)
Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail and consistency
Confident presenting work and articulating creative decisions
Comfortable using AI tools for both static and motion visualisation
A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn, experiment, and innovate

We're looking for someone who:
Has a strong eye for motion, pacing, and visual storytelling, with precision in transitions, typography, and composition
Creates content tailored for digital and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), with a clear understanding of what drives engagement
Can work across a range of styles - from clean and minimal to bold and expressive
Has solid video editing, compositing, and sound syncing skills
Understands formats, aspect ratios, and platform best practices
Works efficiently and independently, delivering high-quality assets quickly (typically within two working days per brief)
Is fluent in English
Bonus
Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or advanced compositing
Interest in emerging formats, trends, and new storytelling techniques in motion
