* About the Position:
We are looking for a Multilingual SEO Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the visibility and performance of our website in multiple languages. You will work closely with the marketing, content, IT and web development teams to ensure all practices and strategies are aligned with company goals.
* Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Perform regular SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Research, analyze, and define keywords to work on to identify growth opportunities and improve search engine rankings in EN, Vietnamese, Laotian, Cambodian, Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian and other languages.
• Optimize existing content and work with the content team to ensure the creation of SEO-optimized material.
• Monitor website performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Manage and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the site is technically optimized for SEO.
• Keep abreast of search engine algorithm trends and updates.
• Generate SEO performance reports and present recommendations based on the data.
Yêu cầu
• Good English
• Can speak Malaysian or Indonesian will be considered an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrable experience of 2+ years in international and multilingual SEO.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO practices and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Experience in technical optimization, site structure analysis, and technical troubleshooting related to SEO.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong results orientation.
• Desirable knowledge of SEO for mobile devices.
• Desirable experience in content marketing.
• Desirable familiarity with handling CMS platforms such as WordPress.
