Multimedia Designer (5 Yoe+)

1. Concept Development
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for multimedia projects, including videos, animations, interactive presentations, and digital campaigns - making sure they meet communication objectives provided by the Marketing campaign lead.
2. Graphic Design
Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate the intended message and enhance the overall visual appeal of multimedia content.
3. Motion Graphics & Animation
Design and animate motion graphics elements, typography, and characters to bring static designs to life and add dynamic visual interest to videos and presentations.
4. Video Editing & Content Creation
Shoot content in accordance to storyboard.
Edit or provide editing guidance/instructions to turn raw footage into polished and cohesive video content, incorporating visual effects, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling and captivate the audience.
5. Storyboarding
Develop storyboards and animatics to plan and visualize the sequence of scenes, transitions, and animations for multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
6. Quality Assurance
Conduct thorough reviews of multimedia content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and project requirements, making necessary revisions as needed.
7. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, designers, copywriters, and project managers, to ensure alignment and integration of multimedia content with overall project goals and timelines.
8. Trend Awareness
Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in multimedia design, animation, and video production, and proactively incorporate new techniques and technologies to elevate the quality and impact of multimedia content.
9. Project Management
Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
