Responsibilities:
• Creatively design communication materials such as banners, social media posts, posters, brochures, and website/landing page interfaces in alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Design and produce motion graphics, video animations, and animated infographics for communication, marketing, and branding purposes.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika Labs, Veo 3, Kling) to enhance creativity and efficiency in content creation.
• Edit videos, cut footage, enhance audio-visual elements, and apply visual effects to deliver high-quality final products.
• Develop and propose creative ideas, storyboards, and moodboards that align with content goals.
• Stay up to date with design, motion, and AI technology trends and apply them effectively in projects.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and creative teams to deliver compelling multimedia content.
Yêu cầu
• 3-5 years of proven experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or related creative roles.
• Strong visual layout skills with a solid understanding of graphic design principles and modern aesthetics.
• Proficient in design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Ability to create motion design from basic to advanced using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Solid understanding of the 12 basic principles of animation.
• Strong skills in visual storytelling and idea visualization.
• Experience with creative AI tools is a strong advantage: MidJourney, Veo 3, Kling, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.
• Logical and creative thinking: ability to transform ideas into persuasive visual content.
• Awareness of modern design trends and AI technologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to align well with manager's direction and team goals.
• Proactive, resilient under pressure, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
