Mô tả công việc

A. General job scope:
Member of the IBS Compensation & Benefits Team supporting the business and the Rewards COE teams in all aspects of operational delivery relating to fixed and variable compensation.
This role sits within our newly transformed HR function and you will be part of Mondelez Business Services (IBS) supporting the business across a range of HR activity from Hire to Retire (HTR). Integrate our global scale with simplified and standardized processes and technologies
Promote common ways of working with the positive end user experience in mind
Build a continuous improvement culture
Provide a talent pool for HR
Implement non-negotiable control and compliance standards

B. Main responsibilities:
Provide support to all operational aspects of the year end compensation review - e.g.:

Perform data quality, validation checks and resolve issues
Prepare data for year-end templates and perform user acceptance testing
Carry out off-line planning for processing of exceptional cases
Prepare payroll files and SHARP with annual merit and blue-collar salary increases as appropriate
Provide input to Salary / TFR Recommendations (SR) & Job Evaluations
Obtain key background information from managers and HR to enable the evaluation of roles based on Hay methodology, update job evaluation database and communicate outcomes
Generate initial SR statements and communicate with HRBP
Manage collection of data for surveys & market benchmarking
Coordinate annual salary and ad hoc survey delivery with vendor, and collect, validate and submit survey data
Manage Benefits administration including Insurance renewals, issue resolution, vendor management, health check, wellness initiatives among others
Provide administration support to the provision of various MDLZ equity programs, e.g.
Review and resolve reports and issues relating to equity grants, and payroll processing of annual, off cycle and accelerated vesting

Administer monthly Founders Day shares sales via payroll

Self-service / intranet content management
Create and update process documentation
Create, modify and or analyze standard and ad hoc reports as requested by the Rewards COE or HR
SME on C&B topics and processes, provide guidance to peers and business consultation with HR/Line Managers across markets in AMEA
Conduct other analyses as requested (e.g. cost modelling)

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Administration, Law, Economics)
Open with candidates with more than 3-5 years of compensation administration experience
Advanced excel skills - maintenance and utilization
Experience with salary survey and market benchmarking
Strong data accuracy and attention to details
Good at English communication
