Mô tả công việc
• Strategic analysis of fertilizers market, competition, and regulations in the country:
• Identification of the full value chain Import - Export: key export countries, main importers, wholesalers, distributors of government and private sectors, identification of cargo ships volume.
• Formation on each market the database of importers, distributors and their targeted demand of fertilizers.
• Bringing to the national market the offer of the Trader "Center Port".
• Negotiation and attraction of distributors of fertilizers according to the proposal, development of the client base.
• Calls, personal meetings, negotiating at all necessary levels, including at the level of the company's top officials and Government Relations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including government agencies, industry associations, local businesses, and influential individuals.
• Making optimal pricing strategies based on market dynamics, cost analysis (incl. Forex risks), and competitive positioning.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges associated with importing and distributing fertilizers in the target market. Developing contingency plans and risk management strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize financial and operational risks.
• Managing the full sales cycle up to signing contracts.
• Operating as link between the Trader "Center Port" and national distributors.
• Planning the chain of import - logistics issues with the supply of fertilizers to the port.
• Preparation of documents accompanying transactions for fertilizers sales (FEA), as well as documents for accreditation.
• Implementation of import plan in accordance with business plan.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in import/export of fertilizer industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, finance, business administration, etc.
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and eventually the right network.
• Experience with Government contracts.
• Experience in international procurement of fertilizers with delivery to the port.
• Analytical mind.
• Commercial acumen.
• Process management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident command of English.
