Design software architecture and lead technical initiatives for lending platform solutions
Actively code and deliver features (70% hands-on development)
Research new technologies and drive innovation across the organization (30%)
Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to development team members
Collaborate directly with US-based
Product Owners and engineering leadership
Drive migration from monolithic systems to microservices/event-driven architecture
Establish and maintain SDLC standards and best practices
Participate in daily standups, weekly demos, and design sessions with US team
Proactively identify risks and communicate project status to stakeholders
Job Requirements
MUST HAVE
At least 4 years of experience in software development, specializing in C# and .NET technologies.
Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7+, Web API, and Microservices / Event-Driven architecture.
Solid experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework / EF Core, and performance-optimized data access.
Hands-on experience with Angular (or any JS frameworks) and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience with unit testing & integration testing, and familiarity with TDD.
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong ownership and accountability.
Fluent English communication, able to work directly with US-based teams.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with messaging systems, NoSQL databases, and cloud-native practices (containers, IaC), Terraform.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and E2E testing tools.
Exposure to legacy systems and authentication/authorization standards (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
Experience with advanced DevOps practices, feature flags, deployments, and system observability.
Background in Fintech domain, security/code quality tools, or AI-assisted development.
