The Job

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite ERP Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing, and maintaining our NetSuite ERP system to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure NetSuite to align with company processes and workflows.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including system upgrades and scheduling of jobs.
• Develop and implement customizations and enhancements using SuiteScript.
• Manage user roles and access, ensuring appropriate security and privacy compliance.
• Provide training and support to NetSuite users within the organization.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline business processes and improve integration with NetSuite.
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for different business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to NetSuite performance.
• Stay updated with NetSuite features and best practices to implement improvements.
• Work with external consultants or vendors when needed.
  

Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in NetSuite administration and configuration.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript and other scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
• NetSuite Administrator Certification.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
