Vietcetera is looking for a Commercial Finance Executive (Revenue Operations) professional to oversee end-to-end commercial and revenue processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate contracting, billing, and revenue recognition, working closely with Business, Account, and Operations teams to maintain financial accuracy, enhance cash flow visibility, and support commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contracting & Commercial Support
Receive requests from internal departments and coordinate to draft contracts according to client requirements.
Work directly with clients to discuss, negotiate, and finalize commercial terms, quotations, and scope of work.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
2. Billing & Documentation
Prepare and complete documentation required for invoicing (POs, acceptance records, contracts, appendices, etc.).
Issue sales invoices, calculate and verify VAT in compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular AR aging analysis, plan receivable collections, and alert potential bad debt risks.
3. Revenue Management
Ensure revenue is recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting standards (VAS/IFRS).
Prepare and update revenue reports (forecast vs. actual), analyze variances, and provide timely insights to relevant departments.
Build and manage cash-in forecasts to support company liquidity planning.
Reconcile revenue data with Sales and Business teams to ensure accuracy and support KPI tracking.
4. Customer & Receivable Management
Maintain customer records: contracts, payment documents, and acceptance reports.
Monitor receivables, perform AR aging analysis, and ensure timely collection.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding payment and receivable issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in finance operations, commercial finance, or AR/accounting roles.
Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles, contract management, and invoicing.
Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
