A. Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)
Manage outsourcing garment production to ensure delivery, quality, capacity, and vendor performance.
B. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)
· Follow up outsourcing garment production status to ensure on-time delivery.
· Coordinate with vendors on production planning, capacity, and shipment schedules.
· Monitor fabric and trim delivery to vendors to support production readiness.
· Track finished goods delivery from vendors back to factory as planned.
· Monitor garment quality issues and work with suppliers for corrective actions.
· Communicate with internal teams regarding production progress and risks.
· Track material readiness to support smooth production flow.
· Prepare and update production reports, shipment status, and outsourcing data.
· Support vendor performance evaluation on delivery, quality, and compliance.
· Escalate production delays or issues and propose recovery actions.
· Ensure vendors follow company requirements and customer standards.
Maintain good working relationships with outsourcing vendors and related departments.
Yêu cầu
University graduate, 2-year experience with relevant subjects
• Basic English (written/spoken).
• Ability to read and understand all internal/ external documents
• Good knowledge of garment production and outsourcing processes.
• Basic understanding of fabric, trims, and garment manufacturing flow.
• Good communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to monitor production progress and handle delivery issues.
• Good planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic English communication skill, both written and spoken.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Knowledge of shipment, production, and material tracking is preferred
Available for business travel as needed.

Salary benefits: Negotiation
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Working 2 half days on Saturdays, alternating each month, counted as 1 working day; different Saturdays each month are paid holidays); no overtime compensation
