1. Mục tiêu công việc:
Thực hiện và giám sát các hoạt động An toàn lao động (ATLĐ) và
Bảo vệ môi trường tại nhà máy sản xuất thực phẩm theo đúng quy định pháp luật Việt Nam và tiêu chuẩn nội bộ, đảm bảo môi trường làm việc an toàn, tuân thủ, và bền vững.
2. Nhiệm vụ chính:
· Thực hiện kiểm tra, giám sát việc tuân thủ quy định ATLĐ, vệ sinh lao động và môi trường tại khu vực sản xuất và công trình xây dựng trong nhà máy.
· Hướng dẫn, đào tạo nhân viên và nhà thầu về an toàn lao động, PCCC, ứng phó sự cố, và bảo vệ môi trường.
· Phối hợp xây dựng và cập nhật các hồ sơ pháp lý về môi trường và ATLĐ: ĐTM, kế hoạch bảo vệ môi trường, sổ theo dõi chất thải, PCCC, nội quy an toàn...
· Tham gia đánh giá rủi ro, điều tra tai nạn, sự cố và đề xuất biện pháp phòng ngừa, cải tiến.
· Theo dõi và báo cáo các chỉ số môi trường như nước thải, khí thải, chất thải rắn theo quy định.
· Hỗ trợ kiểm tra, giám sát nhà thầu xây dựng thi công trong nhà máy đảm bảo an toàn và không gây ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động sản xuất.
· Phối hợp chuẩn bị các đợt kiểm tra nội bộ, bên thứ ba và thanh tra của cơ quan chức năng.
· Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

1. Job Purpose:
To implement and monitor occupational health & safety (OHS) and environmental protection activities at the factory in accordance with Vietnamese law and internal standards, ensuring a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment.
2. Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct inspections and supervision to ensure compliance with OHS, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulations in both production and construction areas within the factory.
· Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for employees and contractors on OHS, fire prevention, emergency response, and environmental protection.
· Assist in preparing and updating legal documentation on OHS and environment: Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), waste tracking records, fire safety procedures, safety rules, etc.
· Participate in risk assessments, incident/accident investigations, and propose preventive/corrective actions.
· Monitor and report environmental performance indicators, including wastewater, air emissions, and solid waste.
· Support supervision of construction activities by contractors inside the factory to ensure safety and minimize disruption to production.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare for internal and external audits, as well as inspections from government authorities.
· Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisors.
