JOB DESCRIPTION
• Booking Management: Handle flight ticket bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently. Use reservation
systems to secure seats for passengers according to their preferences.
• Ticket Issuance: Issue tickets for passengers and ensure that all necessary travel documentation is accurate and
complete. This includes generating electronic ticket records and handling ticket exchanges or refunds.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares,
and other travel services. Assist passengers with special requests, such as meal preferences or assistance for
individuals with disabilities.
• Fare Calculation: Calculate fares and handle transactions for ticket sales. This includes processing payments,
issuing receipts, and providing passengers with detailed information about their itinerary.
• Check-in Assistance: Assist passengers during the check-in process, ensuring that they meet all travel
requirements, including luggage allowance and travel documents.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the booking or travel process. This includes
handling delays, cancellations, and last-minute changes efficiently.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate passenger records and ensure compliance with all airline
policies and regulations. Stay updated with changes in airline regulations and travel restrictions.
• Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as baggage handling and inflight services, to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers.
• Educational Workshops and Training: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest
industry standards, reservation systems, and customer service techniques.
REQUIREMENTS
• Educational Background: minimum college graduate and a degree in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is
highly advantageous.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer reservation systems Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc. and
understanding of airline codes, fare rules, and government regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (native Vietnamese and TOEIC 600 or
above) to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong ability to solve problems creatively and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate booking and fare calculation.
• Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising service quality
