- Ensure the rules of tidiness are fully and continuously respected and implemented according to EHS/5S standards.
- Initiates and follow up the formal failure analysis for urgent MMS work orders, escalate to line manager in case of unresolved issues.
- Forecast and strategic planning for equipment overhauls and PM, while consider long-term maintenance cost.
- Provide guidance and technical on problem solving and preventive maintenance.
- Drive the monthly PM effectiveness analysis to reduce the unplanned downtime.
- Support NPI in driving new equipment technology upgrade and engineering changes by evaluating the right specification, local regulations, time and budget.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance execution plan with the outside vendors.
- Monitor KPIs performance such as OEE/Cycle time and make weekly report
- Develop and implement tools and processes to improve paint processing, including but not limited to quality, setup time and cost in an optimal manner.
- Review the current manufacturing process and recommend and implement revision of the process.
- Continuous improvement in manufacturing process for an optimal process with 1st time right outcome
- Participate in CAIR / Quality Failure corrective actions driving year over year continuous improvements.
- Minimum 4 years' working experience in manufacturing environment and 2+ years of project management
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Automation or related majors
- Experience in Equipment maintenance with powder technology experience is strongly recommended
- Previous experience in project management or specialized process installation.
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and Microsoft Office.
- Understand structure of PLC software programming, good knowledge about automation protocol is plus.
