JOB DESCRIPTION
At Palexy, we develop a pioneering AI-powered SaaS platform that can turn existing retail data, including CCTV footage, POS data, staff scheduling data, promotional calendar data, etc. into actionable intelligence.
We are seeking Business Analyst for our Hanoi Office to help customers maximize values of our data platform, successfully adopt our product and assist them with technical problems. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent consulting service. You will report to the Customer Success Managers and will support the adoption, retention and growth of our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Assist Customer Success Manager in analyzing retail metrics, finding rooms to improve store performance, packaging business use cases, and quantifying project's ROI with the provided frameworks.
Identify and resolve challenges with product adoption encountered by the end users throughout the customer's life cycle: onboarding and training, adoption, and retention.
Consult customers on frameworks and processes to maximize values of Palexy products with knowledge of the Solution and Retail Industry.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and revenue growth by proactively connecting with customers and understanding their needs
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and skills:
1-2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Customer Success Executive or similar role;
Good at data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills;
Planning & Good organization skills, honesty, and attention to detail;
A quick learner in new technology tool;
Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks;
