Prepare export-import documents and follow the progress of import and export shipment to meet the demands of the customers.
• Theo dõi lô hàng nhập khẩu: lịch nhập, thông báo hàng đến, khai báo E-manifest, nhận lệnh
giao hàng (DO).
Follow the import shipment including import schedule, arrival notice, E-manifest declaration, DO release.
• Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp và các phòng ban trong công ty để xử lý chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu.
Coordinate with the suppliers and other departments in office to proceed to the import and export documents.
• Sắp xếp xe vận tải nội địa, lên lịch tàu/chuyến bay hoặc đặt chỗ cho khách hàng.
Arrange inland trucking, making the sailing/ flight schedule or get the booking for the customers.
• Duy trì tốt mối quan hệ với hãng vận tải (hàng không, hãng tàu) và đại lý nước ngoài.
Maintain and make good relationship with the carrier (airline, shipping line), oversea agent.
• Phát hành HBL cho lô hàng xuất nhập khẩu bằng đường hàng không và đường biển.
Issue the HBL in export and import shipment of air and sea transport.
• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Thương mại, Kinh tế hoặc có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực logistics.
College or University graduation from Trade, Economic or more than one-year experience in logistics field.
• Thành thạo tiếng Anh viết và nói.
Good at English in verbal communication and writing.
• Sử dụng tốt Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power-point).
• Trên 22 tuổi.
Over 22 years old.
• Có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường năng động, áp lực cao.
