* Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage nomination shipments from agents with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Assist in checking sailing schedules that align with customer inquiries.
3. Communicate with
shippers to provide necessary procedural support.
4. Input bookings into the internal system promptly and accurately.
5. Address and resolve customer issues to ensure smooth operations.
6. Report any critical updates or issues to managers or upper-level staff.
7. Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
1. At least 1 year of experience in a freight forwarding company (preferred).
2. Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities with a disciplined work ethic.
3. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
5. Prior experience in Sea Export is a significant advantage.
