Mô tả công việc
Monitor the customer's IT system. Monitor and supervise the operation of customers' information technology equipment and infrastructure: servers, networks, computers, cameras,... Ensure stable operation.
Receive and process customer requests related to IT systems. Perform tasks through remote access software and on-site support at the customer's premises. Perform hardware problems and propose replacements and upgrades of IT equipment components (if necessary). Troubleshoot problems related to computers, network systems, timekeepers, telephone switchboards,.. office applications and software.
Maintenance of IT equipment Check and sanitize the user's network equipment and computers.
Update the work results report Complete tasks and update results in the ticket system daily. On-Demand Work Reporting Management. Send periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/...) to customers.
Yêu cầu
Have 3-5 years of experience.
Understanding of server infrastructure, IT infrastructure, software installation, office informatics.
Good communication in English.
Good communication skills, teamwork and independent work.
Honesty, enthusiasm and high sense of responsibility at work.
Be proactive and eager to learn.
