Mô tả công việc
1. Sales transaction
• Receiving purchase requests from the sales team, checking stock availability, inputting sales orders in ERP to create preformat invoice (PI)
• Sending PI to customers and sales team for payment and delivery follow-up
• Updating stock list and back order, inventory reports
• Weekly, monthly forecast reports for sales and DSP team
• Preparing quotations, commercial contracts, invoices uploaded on ERP and sending to customers
2. S&OP and Sales & Marketing Administration
• Preparing reports of sales at S&OP meetings and follow-up
• Preparing brochures, presentations, meetings, taking minutes with customers/partners, including sales kits, samples and other Sales supporting activities
• Undertake other administrative supports to Sales & Marketing Managers such as events, fairs/seminars/meeting, trade, digital & socials marketing
3. Operation Call Center, CRM, ERP
• Support the call center team in receiving calls from customers, answering customers' questions about the company's products or services when necessary
• Update service customer information into CRM system

Yêu cầu
• College/University graduated with major related to Business Administration, Commercial, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or Information Technology, ETC
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales operation and ERP or other softwares is a big plus
• English proficiency, candidates with one of the following languages: Korean, Japanese, Chinese at intermediate level does not required high level of English
• Proficient in using Excels is preferred
• Hard-working, passionate and learn new things and big care and respects to others
• Good writing and communication skills, good tasks, and time management skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales operation and ERP or other softwares is a big plus
