GENERAL MISSION: To assist and ensure the efficiency of the people acquisition, employee engagement activities, and be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs in order to enhance the quality of services of employees as well as to improve the performance efficiency of staff.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively search for potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting.
Review candidate profiles to identify qualified individuals based on job requirements and pre-screening questions.
Schedule and conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Create and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent, including job postings, branding initiatives, and diversity sourcing strategies.
Maintain an organized pool of potential candidates for future openings.
Partner with HODs to understand their staffing needs, define role expectations, and identify ideal candidates.
Present job offers to selected candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
Facilitate the smooth transition of new employees into the company by providing necessary information and support
Keep applicant tracking and other requirement records.
Input data into HR system as required.
Support Human Resource Manager in set up, and organize the training programs, conduct an orientation, Hotel products and services, Brand training, HACCP program, and other soft skill training programs to new employees.
Develop contact with Hospitality schools to find qualified internship
Be mainly in charge of interview internship
Support Departmental Trainers on on the job training
Report to the Human Resource Manager
Yêu cầu
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Good communication skills
Service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
Self-motivated and energetic
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
