**Position: Office Administrator**
**Job Description:**
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Organize travel arrangements as needed
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
- Process expenses sheets and invoices (rental fee, office facilities: electric, water, internet, telephone, office equipment, copying & printing,...)
- Monitor stationary levels and ordering office supplies
- Ensure a clean and secure office environment
- Ensure availability of adequate lighting, water, telecommunication, email, fax, computer, air condition are available using
- Coordinate office procedures
- Reply to email, telephone or face-to-face enquiries
- Receive, sort and distribute the post
- Answer telephone calls and pass them on
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
