- Analyze customer demand & market movement for Asia Pacific region.
- Analyze benchmark models by studying product specifications of competitors for Asia Pacific region and make hypothesis of product planning.
- Conduct surveys to verify hypothesis of new product concept & details.
- Based on hypothesis, propose new products, get alignment with related stakeholders and management's approval.
- Take initiative to follow up product development process with related stakeholders (Design, Engineering, Production, Marketing & Sales,...), overcome arisen issues & ensure product planning target.
- Get alignment with sales company for each country and support sales activities.
- Monitor sales, evaluate product after sales.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Freshers with good background are also welcomed.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency. Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel between TL1 (Dong Anh, Hanoi) and TL2 (Yen My, Hung Yen).
