- Prepare periodic reports
- Develop the factory's Occupational Safety and Health policy
- Assessment and classification of arduous and hazardous jobs according to the provisions of Vietnamese law
- Monitor and track the implementation of the process
- Build contractor management process when executing works at Company
- Supervise, monitor the contractor's compliance and commitment when executing works at Company
- Register and manage construction documents at the factory when arising
- Implement Input Occupational Safety and Health Training for all employees
- Develop, implement and supervise training programs on Occupational Safety and Health for all employees in accordance with Vietnamese law
- Keep and manage records related to Training Job
- Distribute PPE for employee
Yêu cầu
Graduated from University or above
Have knowledge and experience about Labor Law and the Law on Occupational Safety and Health of Vietnam
English: Good
Computer : Microsoft Office - Good
Able to work under high pressure
Careful, enthusiastic, dynamic, eager to learn
Have a high sense of responsibility and teamwork
