Develop production plans and detailed work schedules.
Monitor and track plan execution; prepare periodic reports on progress and performance.
Analyze data and propose optimal solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure plans are implemented effectively, meeting delivery timelines and quality standards.
Build, maintain, and update planning reports; forecast production demands.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in a multinational manufacturing company is preferred.
Proficient in computer skills, ERP systems, and databases; experience with MACOLA is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good negotiation ability.
Good communication skills.
English proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure.
Honest, careful, and detail-oriented.
