Prepare and update the daily/weekly weaving plan based on orders, capacity, and delivery requirements.
Monitor loom loading, production progress, and loom status.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports and planning data.
Coordinate with Weaving, Warping, Sizing, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor yarn, beam, and WIP availability and highlight shortages or delays.
Follow up on production performance and support action on bottlenecks.
Maintain planning data in Excel/ERP/SAP and ensure accuracy.
Support the Planning Manager in daily planning and production control.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in textile production planning preferred. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
Experience in weaving planning and loom scheduling is preferred.
Basic knowledge of spinning, warping, sizing, beaming, and weaving.
Good Excel skills; ERP/SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
Good numerical, analytical, and follow-up skills.
Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
