• Monitor the schedule of incoming goods to the factory on the import-export system.
• Check the quality of fabric before storing it in the warehouse.
• Inspect the fabric according to the approved sample standards with the Purchase Order (PPO) and perform a 4-point fabric quality inspection.
• Check the color of the fabric in a roll, roll-to-roll, colorfastness of the fabric, fabric defects, and record them in the form.
• Conduct necessary inspections and work with relevant parties as issued by the Work Instructions (WI) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Consolidate and input reports into the system.
• Work with suppliers to receive and exchange information, address issues, and resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve the quality of materials.
• Store managed samples, documents, and records.
• Propose improvements for areas that need enhancement together with the Director and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with important procedures (e.g., Outsourcing Operation Procedure...).
• Investigate issues to identify root causes. Provide factual and transparent data. Then, monitor to achieve continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all other customer quality requirements for fabric.
• Utilize system/technical knowledge to work/share with related departments/third parties regarding quality.
• Report issues if trends are not improving.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area following the 5S principles.
• Execute tasks assigned by the management and Department Head.
• Be responsible for the preservation and care of company assets.
• Strictly adhere to company rules and safety policies.
