Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
Deliver compelling presentations that effectively demonstrate Cartracks products and solutions to prospective clients.
Consistently exceed sales targets by generating new business and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand client requirements and provide tailored pricing structures and deals.
Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts to support business planning.
Utilize CRM tools to their full potential for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a strong network in Logistics & Transportation (Bike-hailing, FMCG, Healthcare - Medical Device, etc.) or the Automotive industry.
Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline, navigating through the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Conversational English communication
Willingness to work in field locations as required.
Possession of a valid drivers license is a plus
