Mô tả công việc
1- Travel Consultant & Sales Executive
Corresponding with overseas travel agents and partners of the company and providing them with accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information.
Make quotations and reconfirm bookings with/for overseas agents.
Working with the operations to coordinate ground operations and other tour itinerary requests
Coordinate with regional offices when prospective clients request multi country itineraries
Communicate customer feedback with Operation Manager/Director
Provide information and assist accounting department with regards to payment
Provide timely and accurate sales reports.
Manage and act to effectively solve disciplinary matters and customer complaints. Inform the teams about the problems and solutions.
2- Customer care
Customer care for all clients from English speaking markets (assigned accounts)
Follow strictly company's customer care procedure, including requirement in grooming/appearance.
Reviews the arrival list daily and assists in preparing and distributing welcome amenities.
Meets and greets arriving guests, connect with them as scheduled and bids them farewell as they leave. If it is B2C clients, she/he continues to provide superior customer service after the clients are long gone.
Attends promptly to customers' inquiries and assists them with their needs.
Listen to guests' complaints, report to the back office then provide solutions to their issues or concerns.

Yêu cầu
Vietnamese nationality
At least 1 year experience in related position
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
Good attitude, detail oriented, customer spirit, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Affinity with travel industry and knowledge of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
Age under 35
At least 1 year experience in related position
Excellent command of written and spoken English
