Theo dõi đơn hàng, tiến độ
giao hàng; kiểm tra chất lượng trước khi bàn giao
Hỗ trợ lắp đặt, vận hành, bảo trì và xử lý sự cố
Hỗ trợ Sales trước & sau bán hàng; Chuẩn bị hồ sơ kỹ thuật cho đấu thầu ;
Theo dõi, báo cáo tình trạng thiết bị, cập nhật thông tin khách hàng và thị trường
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công

Provide consultation, propose solutions, and select suitable equipment based on customer requirements
Prepare datasheets and drawings; clarify technical requirements, review specifications, and classify equipment
Work with suppliers on technical requirements; evaluate technical solutions and equipment pricing
Monitor contract execution and provide technical support; offer technical consultation during quotation and contract signing
Track orders and delivery progress; inspect product quality prior to handover
Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Support Sales before and after sales; prepare technical documents for bidding/tender processes
Monitor and report equipment status; update customer and market information
Perform other tasks as assigned
