Mô tả công việc
Working time 22:00 - 6:00M (8 hours per day)
Receive guests to resort by greeting them warmly, friendly and helpful
Perform check-in such as registering and assigning rooms to guests, make room change procedures and check - out
Lead guests to their room and introduce how to use equipment in the room.
Manages guests' accounts and information, and apartment availability in the system
Receive call, handles guest queries, comment and complaints, and refer issues to supervisor when nescessary
Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all monney received
Provide business corner serviice as required: sell tours, for rent motobikes , book taxi,.. with correct charges posed to guests
Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external) redriect to department as required
Checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary document and hand over for morning shift
Perform any other task assiigned based on the resort needs or requirement

Yêu cầu công việc
Good English communication skills required (IELTS 6.0+ or TOEIC 500+)
Good oral and communication skills
Good health to work on night shift
Be capable of working under pressure
Able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations
Be prepared to work extended hours if require
