Mô tả công việc
* Marketing executive will be in-charged of the following SOW:
» Product innovation: (70% work-load)
- Assist with creation of new product and defining consumer behavior by: analyzing the specific oversea market-places, conducting research, testing product samples...;
- Develop product packaging with design team and/or creative agencies;
- Research about new global trends in instant noodles market;
- Work closely with internal departments (RnD, Procurement,...) to execute the projects, develop the products come to end-in.
» Branding management: (30% work-load)
* Brand strategy planning:
* Support the manager in the field of:
- Brand key development;
- Building brand awareness & brand equity based on deeply understanding consumer perception & insights.
* Social media following-up:
- Develop social media content planning (POSM, video,...) & execution for owned channels (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, website...);
- Update social media trends in mentioned platforms;
- Analyze insights of target audience through customer engagement.
- Other assigned tasks from manager.

Yêu cầu
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Fluent in English
- 01-year experience in a marketing, product innovation or equivalent role.
- Experience in the FMCG/ FnB industries would be an advantage.
- Possess strong communication skills in English.
- Pro-active, result-driven and presentable.
- Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
