- Thực hiện cắt tay theo rập và sơ đồ, đảm bảo các chi tiết được cắt đúng chiều, đúng số lượng và sẵn sàng cho công đoạn may / Perform manual cutting according to patterns and layouts, ensuring details are cut in the correct direction and quantity, ready for the sewing stage.
- Chuẩn bị chi tiết cắt cho các sản phẩm thời trang như Jeans, áo sơ mi, quần Kaki, áo khoác 2 lớp và các dòng sản phẩm khác / Prepare cut pieces for fashion products such as Jeans, shirts, Khaki pants, two-layer jackets, and other product lines.
- Phối hợp cùng bộ phận thiết kế và may mẫu trong quá trình phát triển sản phẩm / Collaborate with the design and sampling team during the product development process.
- Kiểm tra và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình cắt, đặc biệt đối với những mẫu có cấu trúc hoặc kỹ thuật phức tạp / Inspect and resolve issues arising during cutting, especially for samples with complex structures or technical requirements.
- Hỗ trợ quá trình chỉnh sửa, hoàn thiện mẫu trước khi đưa vào sản xuất / Support the process of editing and finalizing samples before they are put into production.
- Đảm bảo tiến độ công việc và chất lượng các chi tiết cắt theo kế hoạch / Ensure work progress and the quality of cut pieces according to the plan.
- Có tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm cắt hàng thời trang / Minimum 05 years of experience in fashion garment cutting.
- Thành thạo đọc rập, đọc sơ đồ và cắt tay / Proficient in pattern reading, marker reading, and manual cutting.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế với các sản phẩm Jeans/Denim, sơ mi, quần Kaki, áo khoác 2 lớp / Practical experience with Jeans/Denim, shirts, Kaki pants, and 2-layer jackets.
- Nắm vững đặc tính các loại vải và kỹ thuật xử lý để hạn chế sai số, hao hụt / Deep knowledge of fabric properties and cutting techniques to minimize errors and wastage.
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, chính xác và có trách nhiệm cao với sản phẩm / Meticulous, detailed, accurate, and highly responsible for product quality.
- Thao tác nhanh nhẹn, chủ động và có khả năng xử lý công việc độc lập / Agile, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Khả năng chỉnh sửa rập theo yêu cầu là một lợi thế / Ability to adjust patterns upon request is an advantage.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm may mẫu, may cứng và hoàn thiện sản phẩm / Preference for candidates with experience in sample sewing and final product finishing.
