JOB DESCRIPTION
Report to the Senior Merchandiser Director, work closely with suppliers and buyers, responsible for orders follow up
Prepare technical pack
Negotiate with vendors for the best available price/quantity/ETD to the company's interests
In charge of production once the order is confirmed, from sample development, buyer comments, production sample confirmation, production to shipment
Responsible for consistently tracking/monitoring product/order status
Timely communication with buyer and suppliers to ensure product shipment on time
Quality control
REQUIREMENTS
University graduated or university student, minimum 1 year merchandising experience in garment/shoes industry or similar field is highly preferred
Open minded, honest and friendly, willing to learn
Fluency in both oral & written English
Can do spirit, find solutions
Good at Excel and email
Willing to talk on the phone and conduce face to face meeting
Ability to work independently
Results/deadlines minded
