After receiving the PO information from the customer, discuss with the factory on the capacity, then decide whether we can take it.
After confirming the PO, follow up on the timeline, and ensure all the shipments get loaded on time.
Work with the factory on arranging the color samples and packaging samples.
Compile the packaging SOP according to each PO, then release to the sourcing/quality/production departments.
Follow up on the internal inspection report submitted on time, then provide to the customer and apply for final inspection.
Arrange related tests and coordinate with the lab on the testing timeline.
