Manage relationships with mechanical outsourcing suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Research and regularly update supplier databases to build and maintain a strong, reliable supplier network.
Negotiate product designs, technical specifications, pricing, and finalize contracts with suppliers.
Conduct market research to develop and enhance the company's product portfolio in alignment with market trends.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on all product-related matters, including contracts, pricing, policies, promotions, and inventory movement (inbound/outbound).
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the team leader to support overall
purchasing and supply chain operations.
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates from other majors are welcome with relevant experience and the ability to read mechanical drawings.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken); Korean language skills are a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with a sociable, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude.
