JOB DESCRIPTION
Talent Acquisition:
Internal the end-to-end recruitment process, including job
posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract
top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and
create job descriptions.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment
agencies and job boards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and
regulations during the hiring process.
Internal communication:
Building and promoting image/engaging employees.
Manage internal communication channels
Propose new ideas to engage employees and motivate them to work.
Plan to promote the company's image, build corporate culture
through communication methods and internal media publications.
Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee
engagement initiatives and activities.
Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action
plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Organization Development:
Research effective organizational models consistent with the
business model.
Consulting, training, and supporting units in designing
organizational structures, functions and tasks of Departments/Divisions.
Participate in building a hierarchy and title system for the
entire company.
Support units in developing Job Descriptions (JD).
Participate in human resource planning for the entire company.
Conduct research on effective organizational models.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Stay current with HR laws and regulations and ensure company
policies and practices are compliant.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and
procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Good at English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition positions.
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition practices and
processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
