- Receiving and reviewing sales,
purchasing contracts from relevant departments
- Implement training compliance contents and policies for employees
- Participating in Internal / External Compliance Audit
- Support with controlling, assessing compliance documents from suppliers and relevant Departments
- Make internal compliance reports as Company requirement
- Control compliance activities at factory/
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Section Chief

1. Education: Graduated from Law university or other related majors
2. Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in legal or Compliance

- Having potential skills in reviewing diverse contracts and consulting on legal contents
- Good at communication, Negotiation, Problem solving skills
- Good communication at English
- Good at MS offices; be excellent at Excel
- Good at reporting skills, and Database management
- Understanding and having knowledge of Vietnam law system
- Priority to candidates who have work experience at similar positions
