We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Product & Contracting Specialist to join our dynamic team at JD Tours. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing tour experiences, creating annual tariffs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the seamless integration of contract details into our company systems. Your creativity will help us stand out in terms of product offerings, while your expertise will secure the best possible terms from our suppliers, maintaining accurate records and distributing essential information across teams. With a strong focus on designing authentic local experiences, precision, and effective communication, you will be instrumental in supporting our operations and contributing to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a "knowledge bank" for destinations and the go-to person for ideas and recommendations for other teams.
Research and independently develop new travel products across Vietnam as directed by the Product Manager.
Produce annual hotel and tour Tariffs for destinations.
Update useful tools for the Travel Consultant team and worldwide Sales teams, such as presentations on preferred hotels, restaurants, boats, and tour experiences.
Travel within destinations to inspect and monitor existing products and to research and develop new ones as needed.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts with suppliers (including hotels, cruises, transportation, tour services, restaurants, and guides) and secure favorable terms.
Maintain and organize the supplier contract database on the internal shared drive.
Accurately track and distribute special offers from suppliers to the relevant teams.
Manage allotments, free sell/stop sell notifications, and cut-off date announcements, ensuring they are properly communicated to the necessary teams.
Keep the relevant teams informed about any hotel renovations or refurbishments.Monitor contract rate expiration proactively and liaise with suppliers to obtain the most up-to-date rates.

Bachelor's degree, ideally in Inbound Tourism.
Strong skills in analysis, organization, and planning.

Proficiency in learning new technology and working with software applications, with competence in Excel.
Hardworking, accountable, and a strong team player.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn on the job.
