1. Measure and collect actual process cycle time data at the sample stage.
2. Analyze collected data to build a knowledge base and data set for establishing accurate standard cycle time.
3. Maintain the CT time database based on process experience.
4. Predict the standard CT for each process of every style and provide this data to Merchandise team for costing reference.
5. Check and communicate with the sample room to ensure process data and information accurately reflect reality.
6. Share CT experience and influential factors with team members
7. Ensure consistency and accuracy of CT data across development stages.
8. Provide detailed analysis to support management decisions for production process improvement.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or relevant fields
2. Ms. Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and ERP software operating skill
3. Fluent english communication
4.Hardworking, diligent, proactive, eager to learn and develop, with a creative mindset.
5. Be trained if candidate has no experience.
