We are seeking an (Jr.) Executive, Key Account Management, who will serve as a trusted advisor for our merchants. Your primary objective is to help merchants understand, believe in, and gain advantageous partnerships with TAPTAP.

External - Merchant Engagement:
1) Partnership Relations:
Deepen the partnership between merchants and TAPTAP to provide business solutions and build a strong pipeline to achieve joint benefits.
Conduct periodic business reviews, handle partnership renewals and expansions, and manage integration models, voucher listings, and campaign renewals.
Provide business solutions to merchants to drive sales and branding.
Establish working relationships with merchant partners, improve content on partner platforms, and drive exclusive launches.
2) Performance and Operations Management:
Oversee front-end operations, product assortment, CRM, and
brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and enhance product performance.
Improve merchants experiences by tracking data and performance and collaborating to improve satisfaction and effectiveness.
Generate performance and sales reports weekly, ensuring proactive booking and monthly performance reviews with merchants.
Internal Responsibilities:
1) Collaboration and Communication:
Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to ensure aligned strategies and execution.
Engage relevant teams to resolve emerging business needs and issues from merchants.
Liaise internally and manage internal stakeholders effectively to ensure all project plans and solutions proposed to merchants are completed on time.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of all communications agreed upon with merchants (in-app notifications, social posts, media, POSM, etc.).
Collaborate with the Data & Analytics teams to track data and understand and improve merchant performance.
2) Market Analysis and Growth:
Understand the key business drivers for this channel and manage channel forecasts.
Build forecasts at the product, region, and account levels; monitor listed products and ensure order deliveries to achieve market share.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead.
Set and achieve aspirational growth targets for the online side of the business.
Build the Joint Business Plan, define metrics, and drive sales for specific merchant accounts.
