A qualified candidate will
Lead native mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring top performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features based on business goals and user needs.
Design scalable mobile app architectures integrating seamlessly with blockchain tech and social gamification.
Implement gamification features like badges, leaderboards, and rewards to boost user engagement and retention.
Integrate backend services and APIs for seamless data exchange between app components.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Stay updated on mobile development trends and propose innovative solutions for app enhancement.
Coordinate with QA engineers to execute testing strategies ensuring app reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly to maintain app performance and user satisfaction.
Participate in Agile processes to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
Engage and work with both internal and external auditing teams and implement feedback
Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
Training other members to improve the competence of the team
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in native mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on building high-quality, user-friendly applications.
Strong expertise in mobile app development frameworks and languages, such as Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.
Experience with blockchain technology and its integration into mobile applications is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social gamification mechanics and techniques for driving user engagement and retention.
Previous experience working on finance or game app development projects is preferred.
Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and code collaboration tools like GitHub or Bitbucket.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
A qualified candidate will
Work with the production team to design, develop, and scale in-house defi protocols
Design core, and backend software components
Code using primarily Golang, Java, Scala, Rust, NodeJS, or similar
Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL data structures
Interface with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa;
Conduct design and code reviews;
Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
B.S or M.S Computer Science or related fields;
6+ years of object-oriented software development experience;
3+ years of building complex backend applications;
2+ years of web application development at the user interface and system levels;
Has good knowledge of Defi & Crypto (nice to have)
Strong knowledge and experience of OOP;
Have a deep understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles;
Understand MVC and Clean architecture;
Experience with writing unit tests and testable code;
Experience with developing applications using Golang-Gin Framework, knowing Node.JS is a plus;
Experience with RDBMS and data caching;
Experience with docker, docker-compose, docker swarm, NGINX, and API gateway on Linux OS (Ubuntu/ CentOS) & knowing K8S is a plus;
Experience with writing unit tests and testable code;
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
A qualified candidate will
Work with the production team to design, develop, and scale in-house DeFi Protocols
Work closely with the smart contract team to develop and build new core smart contracts. Also, work with other teams to integrate internal protocols into our system
Help the Research team to evaluate the feasibility of any scaling solutions and problems.
Research and write technical details about other DeFi Protocols in order to integrate them into our system
Brainstorm and ideate on new protocol designs
Engage and work with both internal and external auditing teams and implement feedback
Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
Training other members to improve the competence of the team.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
B.S or M.S Computer Science or related fields;
3+ years of experience in developing and releasing secure and production smart contracts in Solidity
Have built and released production contracts withholding significant amounts of funds (nice to have)
5+ years of object-oriented software development experience
Strong knowledge of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and other EVM-compatible networks, DeFi, and other Web3 ecosystems
Strong knowledge and experience of OOP
Have a deep understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
Understand MVC and Clean architecture
Experience with writing unit tests and testable code;
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
