· Take over the order allocation chart from the development team, ensuring accuracy in style numbers, delivery dates, colors, prices, and TNA for timely PO issuance with Buyers.
· Verify Customers' POs against cost sheets for quality, color, price, ratio, and delivery dates, updating the system with correct information.
· Attend Capacity meetings, track weekly order statuses, and highlight potential risks and TNA fallouts affecting delivery performance.
· Collaborate with Development
Merchandisers and Procurement to ensure OTT is tracked and achieved.
· Update PSR/PICR/WIP weekly and communicate order statuses accurately and promptly with customers.
· Gather information to prepare the production Quality Assurance file for PP meetings, ensuring all necessary documents and approvals are ready.
· Arrange timely bulk testing for garments or fabrics to meet shipment deadlines and track vessel bookings and shipments, communicating updates to customers.
· Ensure sales orders are accurately closed within the timeline post-shipment, and follow up on related documents.
· Bachelor's Degree in Garment Industry, Business Administration, or related fields
· Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in similar capacity
· Merchandising manuals, possess knowledge in garment production procedure
· Communication in English - Spoken and Written skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
