Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Merchandiser with expertise in textile sublimation printing to manage the end-to-end merchandising process.
The role involves coordinating between buyers and production teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Handle buyer orders from approved sample to bulk production.
- Production Coordination: Liaise with planning, production, QC, and shipping to ensure smooth workflow.
- Timeline Management: Track production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Documentation: Prepare production sheet documentation and tracking report updating.
Problem-Solving: Address production challenges such as color mismatches, fabric shrinkage, or delays.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
- Diploma in Printing Technology or related field acceptable with strong experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years in textile or garment merchandising.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical ability for order tracking.
