Lead the design and creative direction for multiple projects, ensuring all work is aligned with the brand's standards and visions.
Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, websites, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior
designer, helping them develop their skills and ensure the quality of their work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, strategy, photograph, etc.) to deliver cohesive, creative designs that support business objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of design excellence, meeting deadlines, and adhering to budgets.
Review and provide feedback on designs created by other team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and creativity.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and software, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
Create and maintain design assets, brand guidelines, and design systems to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Take responsibility in store display & visual merchandising.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, and branding design.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Experience in both print and digital design, including web design and mobile app design.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
Experience working in lifestyle brands is preferred.
A strong understanding of brand strategy and its application in design.
Knowledge of photography - composition & visual design skills is a plus.
